Following the poor response for the 5c, Apple is launching a cheaper version to boost sales
We all know how the iPhone 5c inventory keeps stocking up and is resting in many retail outlets under sheets of dust film and is waiting on shelves to be taken by someone. The 5c hasnt done so well as compared to 5s and Apple had certainly been deploying strategies to counter this problem. According to some documents leaked through the O2 Germany, Apple is making efforts to boost sales for this middle child 5c and has come up with a way to attract more customers.
Don't Miss: The NES Classic In Stock at these Stores
An 8 Gb version of the iPhone 5c will be launched and will sell for 60 euros less than the current model of 16 GB. This trimmed down version is going to launch in Germany and we have no reason to believe why it will not make it to the other parts of the world soon enough.
Update: It is now confirmed that Apple will offcially announce it tommorow.
