She said Crowe was so mean to her

TV host Giuliana Rancic has been around the block when it comes to interview stars. She recently talked a bit about the worst interview she ever had after she was asked the question form a fan on a show called Watch What Happens Live! reports USA Today.

She remarked that there had been a lot of awkward ones, but pointed out that Russell Crowe was "so mean to me."

She said, "I had been at E! For a year, and I literally was like, 'I'm gonna go easy because he's pretty tough,'" Rancic recalled. "And so I said, 'Are you excited to be here tonight? Your big movie premiere?' And he goes (attempts an Australian accent), 'I'm contractually obligated to be here. What's your next question?' "

She continued, "'Um, isn't it wonderful seeing all the fans?' And he goes, 'That's your second question?' And he goes, 'One, two, you're through!' and walked away."

It sure sounds like Crowe was a jerk, but who knows what he had been going through that day. I would imagine being asked the same tedious questions all day ling when doing press for a movie would get very irritating. I wonder if he gave her an interview again if he would be so mean. He probably didn’t know who she was then, but I bet he does now that she is more famous. The fact that Rancic is better known now might not stop him from being rude, who knows.
