American Idol this Thursday included J.Lo’s performance and M.K Nobilette’s elimination.
This Thursday night, as Ryan Seacrest announces the bottom three, the show was lit up with J.Lo’s performance of her newest song, “I Luh Ya, Papi.” Not just her micro mini skirt and over all demeanor as a 44 year old woman acting like she was 20, but the performance itself seemed to show that she clearly has not matured as an artist, at least for the few minutes she was on stage.
For someone who serves as a role model for young Hispanic girls, Jennifer Lopez through her performance on American Idol proves otherwise. She has been a major voice in the music industry thus it is surprising to see that her new song lacked any depth or meaning.
Moving on to the more pressing issue; American Idol seemed to surprise its audience with the announcement that Majesty was a part of the bottom 3. Harry Connick Jr.’s choose the “Royal Teeth” as performers claiming to adore them as they belonged to Louisiana. It was still uncertain whether M.K or C.J were to take the last seat on American Idol’s bottom three, and eventually which one of them was eliminated from the show.
The spot that all three of them are wishing to avoid is the one that is of most significance. Majesty and Dexter were fortunately not in any of these positions as MK performed before the judges hoping that they would use their save. However the judges withheld it causing M.K Nobilette to be bid farewell.
