As it appears, Anne Hathaway might have a huge fan base but this might not only include the people since quite apparently the animals have joined the bandwagon too. It seems like she was indeed the star of the Miami 'Walk of Fame' ceremony. The 31 year old actress was playfully pecked on the head by a parrot which seems quite intense with irony as the she was the voice behind Jewel the parrot in Rio 2.
As the incident unfolded, Anne Hatheway seemed not the least bit scared or jumpy by the little affection from her feathery fan. But this is not all; the Oscar winner was not only trying to have a good time with the birdies but she also got a bit up close and personal with an anteater. She was not at all intimidated by when the cuddly-looking creature lovingly licked the side of her face. Contrary to what we were expecting, the beautiful actress wasnt garbed up in feathers or fur when the Rio 2 was feted. In fact she looked super gorgeous in an embroidered white crop top, long navy skirt and nude and white pumps.
Anne was the voice of Jewel in 2011's Rio and she loved the idea of having to voice the animated character. In an interview she said "...as much as I love doing animated voices, I just kind of love working. I loved the people who have asked me to do it [Rio] and it's been an honor," she gushed. "I've worked on The Simpsons twice and now I've worked with Carlos [Saldanha, writer and director of the film]. I just keep getting these opportunities that I can't say no to. No one could."
