As for the food you consume during intermittent fasting, it is best if it is natural (meat, eggs, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds). You may exercise during the fasting state but it should consist of short sessions that are vigorous and highly intense in nature.
Finally, remember that you will lose weight using this approach but do not splurge since by binge eating you will erase all chances at weight loss.
