She was trying to perfect a step when she fell and broke a rib

Not enough time goes by when we hear about someone getting a kick or two at the most famous American show Dancing with the Stars and this time its Danica McKellar. She has played Fred Savage’s neighbor and love interest Winnie Cooper in the Emmy-winning comedy The Wonder Years and is now the latest victim of the many accidents which take place on the show; whether on set or off the set.

This was probably the most unfortunate time for the actress to take a fall because she was performing super well and was far from being voted off. Her performance had only led her closer to being the season’s first perfect scoring performer, along with dance partner Valentin Chmerkovskiy. But after she broke her rib on a rehearsal, we are not sure what her future on the show might be. "So…I broke a rib in yesterday's #DWTS rehearsal," the 39-year-old tweeted on Friday. "Trying my best to pull thru and could use your prayers!! #wanttokeepdancing." She further added “Had rehearsal today, it's tough dancing with a broken rib, @iamvalc choreographed an amazing routine-fingers crossed I can pull it off!"

The news has hit her fans with a lot of disappointment and there was absolutely no doubt about the fact that she was loved by everyone. She had managed to retain her position at the top of the leader board during season 18. On April 21, the dancing duo earned a 39 out of 40 for their Beauty and the Beast Disney routine. Last week, they earned a 36 out of 40. From what we have heard from the inside sources, it might take up to 6 weeks for her to get fine.
