The New Orleans Jazz Fest also known as the Jazz Fest featured Christina Aguilera as a main attraction. Many people traveled from far off to see her perform live at Jazz Fest 2014 yesterday. Music and multicultural trends are the watchwords of the Jazz Fest.
Christina Aguilera used to appear on the Disney Channel’s Mickey Mouse Club once upon a time. She was a Musketeer along with the likes of Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake. The vocal talent of Christina is simply brilliant. She molded and fashioned herself into a virtual star diva. And now she performed at Jazz Fest for the first time this year,
With 43 million albums having been sold around the world, many of her greatest hits have topped the Billboard Charts. A winner of five Grammies, she is in a league of her own. Such great single-handed acts as Mariah Carey and Celine Dion are in the same category as Christina.
Lil Kim and Tony Bennett have worked in tandem with Christina before as well. She made it to the Rolling Stone Magazine’s Top 100 List. And as if that was not enough, she even entered Time’s Most Influential People of 2013.
With such all-time favorites as “Genie in a Bottle” and “What a Girl Wants” she entertained the crowds on May 2nd.
Meanwhile, Gwen Stefani of No Doubt congratulated Christina on her second pregnancy. Actually Christina tweeted Gwen, praising her on the debut of her new album and welcomes her on The Voice.
Gwen decided that one good turn deserved another and retweeted Christina wishing her well on her baby bump.
That’s how the ball got rolling.
Recently, Gwen, Pamela Anderson and Christina had their picture taken together. They looked quite a chummy threesome together.
Christina got into some controversial stuff with her album Dirrty which came out quite a few years ago. But she is a bold girl who waved aside any catcalls or wagging tongues by saying that she was a grownup who had a right to her own personal choices.
