The singer Ariana Grande has cleared up any confusion regarding Rihanna’s laughter at her recent performance.
To all who saw the video clip, it appeared that Rihanna blatantly laughed at Ariana Grande during her iHeart Radio Awards performance on May 1. When asked regarding Rihanna’s supposed mockery, Ariana said that she had not seen the singer’s laughter, but when she did see the clip later on, it appeared to be due to a certain shock at what Ariana was doing differently.
Ariana Grande said: "I didn't see her laughing at me, but when I watched it afterwards it looked like she was just shocked because I was doing something different."
She even said that Rihanna met her after the show and praised her efforts. She said to Ariana that she ought to keep doing what she was doing since it sure was working. The commentary regarding Rihanna’s mocking behavior has been dissed by Ariana.
Ariana is not the sort of girl who gets into fights with fellow singers over such small trifles. She said that she doesn’t understand why people made such a big deal out of such meaningless issues. Maybe it was because they were just tired and bored of their lives, said Ariana.
According to US Weekly, Grande said: “[Rihanna] was just being playful and supportive. People are always trying to make a big deal out of nothing because they're bored."
Meanwhile, in the Billboard Hot 100, John Legend took over the #1 spot. His hit “All of Me” scooted aside Pharrell William’s “Happy”. As for the #3 position, it went to “Problem” by Ariana Grande. 20 years old “Problem” singer is a teen sensation now.
The video features Iggy Azalea as a rapper on it. The whole theme of the song is a bad boy who is the singer’s love interest. The pain and pressure and poison of separating from this man who is nothing but trouble is the topic around which the staccato lyrics revolve. It involves heartbreak and a lot of chaotic feelings.
Ariana Grande went in depth into her soul to salvage the material for the song. And the help she got from Iggy Azalea was crucial for the success of the song. The beauty and magic it evokes in the listener are simply life-transforming in their marvelous variety.
