Carrie Fisher is really eager to play agaim her famous Star Wars role of Princess Leia. That is why, the 57 years old actress worked hard to get her body back in shape.
She has already lost 40 pounds to reprise her role as Princess Leia. Last year, Fisher said, "I'm glad they are doing a new movie because they are sending a trainer to my house so I can get in really good shape.So I'm really eating a lot of sugar in advance, as you can see. By the time I really get down to it I will have eaten everything."
The official announcement of the Star Wars: Episode VII cast was done at the end of last month. And Fisher is a part of it. "We are so excited to finally share the cast of Star Wars: Episode VII," Abrams said in a statement. "It is both thrilling and surreal to watch the beloved original cast and these brilliant new performers come together to bring this world to life, once again. We start shooting in a couple of weeks, and everyone is doing their best to make the fans proud."
After this official announcement, Carrie Fisher's mother Debbie Reynolds tells Mario Lopez on Extra, "She's very excited about it. She's been on a diet ever since because you know they have to be up to par, so she looks terrific. She's lost 40 pounds. She's very excited, as we all are, because we all love Star Wars."

The movie will be launched globally on December 18, 2015 and its working title is reported to be Star Wars: Episode VII - The Ancient Fear.
