A recent video dropped by from the Mustang6G forums and we all have that one question in mind that what exactly is this? What most likely appears to be the 2015 Ford Mustang, is known to be the high performing variant which was spotted being tested in Dearborn. But the confusion remains in the fact that it is most certainly not a V8 so we are left debating what exactly this is.

In the video however it has been pointed out that the car which is seen being tested it quite similar to the Mustang GT350 prototype which has been popping up on the internet lately. The notable difference with this one is the absence of the quad-exhaust which seems to have gone and the exhaust note we see here is entirely different. Nobody’s sure what it is so it might possibly be a V8 but at the moment it doesn’t sound or seem like one to us any way. However, there are chances that this might be the high-powered EcoBoost turbo four Mustang and it makes sense to have a separate upgraded version since the EcoBoost was already receiving all the nice equipment and performance packages.
