If you are one of the smartphone enthusiasts, then we are sure you have already found out that the “Vertu” brand is not going to offer you much to satisfy your tech needs. Don’t worry you are not the only one. This ex-Nokia luxury division has been criticized multiple times because apparently the phones of the brand are priced too high and their high prices are not justified at all. The only ‘luxury’ of these phones lies in the fact that they are all built out of exotic materials such as sapphire glass, titanium and vulcanized rubber and leather. Apart from this attraction, there is nothing else to pay the high price because the rest of the phone is pretty much your basic phone in terms of software and hardware performance.
The company might see some positive change in their feedback with their new smartphone which they seem to be working on. The phone, called the “Signature Touch RM-980V“, has already listed in AnTuTu’s database and features a 1080 x 1920 display and is powered by a Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.3 GHz, an Adreno 330 graphics chip with 2 GB of RAM. The internal storage features 16 GB and the camera setup seems to be impressive enough with a 13 MP main camera complemented by a 2 MP sensor.

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
