Victoria Azarenka's foot injury forced her to withdraw from the French Open.
Bad news for Victoria Azarenka's fans. The world number five tennis star announced that she will not be able to play the French Open due to her foot injury. She has already withdrawn from the Doha, Miami, Madrid and Rome tournaments due to this foot injury.

Victoria Azarenka, who won the Australian Open twice, took to twitter to announce the sad news. She told her fans in a tweet that she will not be able to play in the French Open.

Azarenka's left foot got injured at the Australian Open in January. She was the defending champion at the event. But Poland's Agnieszka Radwanska had beaten Azarenka in the quarter-finals.
After the Australian Open, Azarenka played only one match at the Indian Wells in early March. America's Lauren Davis defeated Victoria Azarenka in that opening match.

The French Open starts Sunday and it will end on June 8th. The world number one tennis star, Serena Williams is the defending women's champion.
