Mac OS X Yosemite will let you make calls from your Mac

With great new features Apple have tried to make a seamless experience between your mac and iOS devices by allowing the mac users to make calls from mac via your iPhone without even touching it! With the new integration you can also reply to your messages right from your mac and that too without using your phone.

The iMessage app on mac has also been updated to show the text messages other than the iMessages to show up on Message app so that you can reply as text messages right from your mac. You can also answer or reject call from your mac. A pop up will appear on your Mac notifying you about the phone call displaying the caller id, you can either take it or reject it. You will be able to use your mac's mic to talk to your loved ones without picking up your phone! Intresting isn't it???  Apple is using the continuity element with its new OS X Yosemite and now Airdrop works across your mac and iOS which was not present in OS X mavericks.

Stay tuned as we bring new Mac OS X Yosmite features to you.

About the Geek Mind

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.

The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
