With only a few hours remaining for Sony’s E3 conference, Turtle Beach has announced a line-up of brand new PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 peripherals. This new line of headphones has been given a color scheme which is similar to PS4. The headphones have been equipped with multiple features and there are varying price tags to suit everyone’s needs.
The higher end Ear Force Elite 800 features a boasting DTS Headphone:X 7.1 surround sound technology along with other amazing features including active noise cancellation. According to Turtle Beach, it is the first time that both these features have made it to gaming console headphones. The headphones can be connected with your phones as well through Bluetooth and then you can answer calls even listen to your music. This headphone is entirely wireless and thanks to the magnetic charging stand it remains wireless even while its charging. You might have already guessed that this is literally the elite option and costs $300 USD.
The Ear Force Stealth 400 on the other hand is also wireless but this one is slightly more affordable and is compatible with both Ps4 and Ps3. The features include padded cups with 50mm Neodymium speakers, 15 hours of wireless play and a mobile cable which makes it possible to swap out the mic and take the headset on the go. The Stealth 400 also launches this fall, retailing for $100 USD.
The last in the range is the Ear Force P12 which connects with a USB and is compatible with the PS4. And in-line amplifier is going to help users to make adjustments to volume or muting the boom microphone. If the amp is removed, the headphone can also be connected with a mobile device. Retailing for $60 USD, the Ear Force P12 launches on July 10.
