Bullock has been granted a emergency protective order against the man who gained access to her Hollywood home this weekend, Joshua Corbett, reports claim.
Corbett, 39, was arrested on Sunday morning for burglary, after entering the property via the backdoor, it's unknown if he forced entry. TMZ reports that the actress was at home at the time, and rang 911 to alert police to the intruder.
According to law enforcement sources, no property was taken from the home and is maybe more of a stalking case than robbery. An emergency protective order will only be granted if the actress has reason to fear the accused.
Today.com has reported that Corbett is known to have an obsession with the actress, and kept a diary about her. Last year, Bullock was granted a restraining order from Thomas Weldon, who had been accused of stalking the actress since 2003.
Charges are to be filed shortly. According to NBC News, the case is being classified as a burglary because Bullock and her young son Louis were in the house at the time.
