Already, Hot or Not lets people get in touch with the coolest people around. Now with the Hot Lists, this platform uses a unique mathematical tool to figure out the exact level of hotness of some folks. And voting enters the equation.
Billions of entries go into the ballots for this site. The Hot Lists in a particular region are constantly renewed. They point to special events and popular happenings. Then there are Customized Hot Lists which identify a celebrity and his or her status.
The user base may vote on the hotness (or not-ness) of a celeb figure. Such chief events as the World Cup, Oscars and Olympics will be kept track of along with the worthy people appearing in them.
Over 10 million consumers use this platform for their purposes. And they may connect to it through their Facebook accounts. The new and renovated application will allow for a host of features to be employed at the full discretion of the user base. And even YouTube has jumped on the bandwagon.
The games this service lends its users are a fun-filled diversion too. Everybody is excited beyond belief about the whole scheme. It appears to be the ideal forum for the rich and famous to make their appearances and showcase their lifestyles to the cheers (and jeers) of the ordinary masses.
This app is basically an opportunity for people to air their opinions and let the concerned rating makers know what they think about someone important. Whether a person is a VIP or a bit of an oaf, they can say what they want to about him or her to their heart’s content.
Hot or Not is either on the side of the highly acclaimed man or woman or it dumps him or her down the banal drain. It all depends on the votes and the way that particular celeb presents himself or herself.
"Since 2000, the Hot or Not brand has been an inspiration behind some of the most popular platforms and products currently available to consumers including Facebook and YouTube. With the addition of 'Hot Lists' to the already popular mobile gaming platform, we are bringing an elevated and more exciting version of this iconic brand to a new generation of users," said Andrey Andreev, CEO of Hot or Not.
"We're very excited about the Hot or Not Lists, and we believe that these real-time social barometers of everything Hot have unlimited potential."
