The Situation bonded out at $500 for a fight involving his brother Frank over the family business.
Mike Sorrentino's been arrested after brawling with his brother Frank on June 17.

TMZ exclusively broke the story.
Staff discussed the reason for the fight in “Mike Sorrentino Busted in Tanning Salon Brawl” the same day.
MTV’s Situation from “Jersey Shore” owns a business in Middletown, N.J., with his family.
Gossip seems to imply the business isn't so lucrative, and Frank needed a little more management skills from his brother. The star told the paparazzi site, "Frankie, the HR, wasn't running the store correctly, so I had to go in there and clean house. In more ways than one."
Grinning as he pulled the car window up, it was apparent the $500 for simple assault didn't really matter in the long run.
Definitely a nice shiner on his face. If he’s the winner, what does Frank look like the day after?
Tangentially related, but the owners of the Boca Tanning salon were also sued by staff last week for bounced paychecks.
Michael Rothman and Aaron Katersky in "Why Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino Had a 'Fist Fight' with Brother Frank” for ABC News (via Good Morning America) go a little deeper and describes how a customer called to report the incident.
“I was just the one that made the call 'cause I had the phone out." Continuing, the caller said “there [were] girls screaming” in the store and “the UPS lady from next door” described the fight as if “they were bouncing off her wall.”
Maura Grunlund’s "'The Situation' is arrested: Black eye for Mike Sorrentino of 'Jersey Shore'" offers a lot more detail on the West Brighton native.
Grunlund summarizes Detective Lt. Stephen Dollinger statement to the press. “Officers went to the salon around 2 p.m. on a report of a fight in progress” but “didn't have details on what sparked the fight or who else was involved.”
Interestingly, Sorrentino’s publicist and lawyer (for prior representation in California) remain silent, while the star has tweeted a couple times since the situation.

Sorrentino's been relatively quiet in comparison to cast mates Snooki (Nicole Polizzi) and JWoww (Jennifer Farley). Currently, JWoww's appearing on WE TV's Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars.
So it's not surprise Situation wanted to join the reality circle again. After the big break on "Jersey Shore,” the family's drama will appear on TV Guide Network’s latest reality show, “The Sorrentinos.”
Ironically, the show will show what happens when the family attempts to open the business that’s caused them to be in the news. Some people are cynical, thinking the arrest is PR for the show’s premiere later this summer.
