The Two New Coaches Head the Front of 'The Voice' Photo
Gwen Stefani and the rest of the coaches on the voice posted their first promo picture for the upcoming season. NBC's 'The Voice' 7th season coaches posted the picture on its instagramaccount on Friday, June 20th -- that included the two new members Pharrell Williams and Gwen Stefani in the front.
"First look: Season 7 #HOLLA," the picture was captioned. Stefani is seated in the middle of Williams and Adam Levine for the photo-op, adding a pop of color with her signature red lips while holding a red microphone. Country singer Blake Shelton, meanwhile, is all smiles while pointing at the No Doubt singer from behind.
Gwen and Pharrell have history together, as they co-wrote "Hollaback Girl," Stefani's 2005 hit, so it's only fitting that their first clip for 'The Voice' features the smash song!
The filming for the four coaches just started with blind auditions for the upcoming season, where Gwen tweeted a "sneak peek" photo of her and Pharrell for fans of the hit show. Blake Shelton also posted on social media a photo of himself "wearing" Pharrell's iconic hat that fans have come to know as part of his trademark.
Host Carson Daly recently chatted with us about The Voice's new additions, saying, "Those guys are two pros, two great additions to our family here!"
In related news -- Irving Azoff signed Gwen Stefani and No Doubt earlier this month for management.
On Tuesday (June 10) it was announced that Azoff MSG Entertainment (AMSGE) -- the joint venture between Azoff Music Management and the Madison Square Garden Company -- had acquired a 50 percent stake in Levity Entertainment Group (LEG), a multifaceted firm which includes live comedy venues, television production, talent management, and online digital services.
Stefani has sold nearly 30 million records worldwide with No Doubt and as a solo artist. No Doubt's five albums have produced No. 1 hits like "Don't Speak," "Just a Girl," "Hey Baby" and "Underneath It All."

Stefani's last solo tour in 2007 grossed $31.5 million and sold 672,289 tickets to 57 shows mostly in North America, according to Billboard Boxscore. In 2009, No Doubt reported $22.6 million and nearly 500,000 attendance from 36 shows in North American arenas and amphitheaters, according to Boxscore.
