Though it carries the "mini" moniker, there's certainly nothing subpar about the phone's specifications

What the word ‘mini’ meant in the mobile marketplace years ago no longer holds true now. The definition of this particular version of the mobile phones is evolving constantly with newer devices coming out. This is exactly what we have learned from the LG G3 Beat which was recently announced. But your perception of the word ‘mini’ in terms of mobile phones will be changed forever; the G3 Beat is going to feature a 5 inch display which is a lot larger than what we would expect on a ‘mini’. This device is quite more than just a mini version of the LG G3 which we can see from comparison from other devices such as Nexus 5 which has a 4.95" display and the Moto X with, a 4.7" one.

The LG G3 Beat on the outside looks like a shrunken G3 but everything inside is just as much powerful. It features a 2 GB RAM and 16 GB worth internal storage which is expandable by micro SD. Inside is a quad-core 1.2GHz processor, LTE connectivity and 2500mAh battery. The camera setup includes an 8 MP camera and the phone runs on Android 4.4.2 out of the box.
