Take-Two Interactive has been sued by actress Lindsay Lohan for using a character in their popular GTA V gaming title which looks just like her. According to Lohan, the character of Lacey Jonas is too much like her and she not only has her looks but also her voice and general personality traits.
According to New York Daily News, the lawsuit states that "The portraits of the Plaintiff (Lohan) incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, Plaintiff's clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by the Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years" before the game was released.”
The similarities don’t just end here. One of the scenes in particular has caught Lohan’s attention in which the players have to escort Jones away from the paparazzi during one particular mission. It has been claimed that Rockstar Games has tried to point towards the frequent episodes which Lindsay Lohan had with the Hollywood photographers. The New York Post describes the model on the GTA V cover as "a curvaceous blonde in a red slinky bikini taking a selfie and flashing a peace sign.”
