Metal Samsung Galaxy Alpha may be unveiled in a month

We had been hearing quite a lot about the new Galaxy phone but the rumors had stopped for a while and we had all forgotten about the this new metal range of Samsung. But now it looks like the metal-clad Galaxy line is back on the rumormill and this time around we have got some news from the ETnews.com from South Korea. Though the article isn’t good for any details, yet it gives some citation on the industry insiders who claim the Samsung Galaxy Alpha will be unveiled on August 13. This new Alpha line is directly going to stand against the iPhone with its metal chassis as opposed to Samsung's usual faux leather back. Some pictures have also been leaked and some show the full metal back and some show a metal frame with plastic side panels.

Reports coming in from different sources have claimed that the phone is going to be a 4.7 inch version with a 1080p. As opposed to this, some reports have also suggested that the screen might be a 5.2-5.3 inch QHD. Though there are mixed reviews on the screen size and resolution, there is one thing on which everyone seems to have agreed and that is Samsung using its premium Super AMOLED tech. a leaked picture also showed that the phone will have extremely thin bezels.
