Nina Dobrev played a game of giant beer pong with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show yesterday. She defeated Fallon in the last round. Nina also laughed off her love life rumors recently.
Nina Dobrev appeared on NBC's hit Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday, August 5. Despite her acting or singing skills, she showed her gaming skills last night on the show.
25-year-old Dobrev used to be a volleyball player in her Wexford Collegiate School for the Arts in Ontario, Canada. And she really showed her gaming capacity by defeating Fallon in the giant beer pong game last night on the show.
Jimmy Fallon was leading the game in the starting rounds. However, the Vampire Diaries star fought back and beat Fallon in the last round of the game. She looked really hot in her black dress.
Watch Nina Dobrev playing against Jimmy Fallon in following video.
"I laugh at it at this point," she told HuffPost Live's Caitlyn Becker on Aug. 4. "[But] honestly, I need to get, like, a steady boyfriend so people can stop speculating."
"It's getting annoying to have to like, text all my friends," she continued. "I have a lot of girlfriends, they're all texting me at once [and] it's just like, my thumbs are starting to hurt."
"When you start getting text messages from your friend with a link to something and they'll be like, 'Oh my God, are you really dating this person?' And I'll be like, 'Yeah, I talked to them last night for a second,' or 'Yeah, I saw them at this party.' And especially after Comic-Con, apparently I was 'dating' like ten people," she recounted. "So I had a real busy weekend!"
She takes rumors and the usual media propaganda machine with a grain of salt. That is why she also warned her viewers not to be taken in by the wild and tall tales told by idiots.
She laughed off the rumors on her social websites. The Vampire Diaries star lampooned the flying one-liners regarding her romantic afflictions at the Comic-Con event that got held in San Diego last month.
In fact, she decided to go the whole hog by tweeting a pic of her costars with the caption: “I have so many boyfriends. Here are four more.” She also spoke of how busy she was with these four paramours.
Then, as if to add insult to injury, she remarked that there was a fifth one too and posted a photo of a weird pink-skinned cat that apparently didn’t have a single hair on its body.
But Nina Dobrev has her love interests. She was frank and straightforward enough with Orlando Bloom recently.
"Nina has known Orlando for a few years now," a source told Us Weekly. "She's been out with him in social settings with mutual friends. She's always thought he was an attractive man."
And Benjamin McKenzie was one of those guys who were in her good books too. Whatever the case, Nina is enjoying every single minute of singlehood.
"Nina is loving single life," a source told E! News. "She is definitely enjoying herself right now."
The four costars with whom she had her picture taken are: Steven R McQueen, Zach Roerig, Joseph Morgan and Matt Davis. Among some of her real life boyfriends may be included Derek Thaler.
HollywoodLife.com recently caught Nina kissing Baby Daddy star, Derek Theler, at the Entertainment Weekly Annual Comic Con Celebration inside the Hard Rock Hotel.
“The kiss from the Baby Daddy guy was in the moment out of nowhere liquor-enabled kiss,” a source told HL. “No tongue and no major passion.”
As for her ex-boyfriend Ian Somerhalder, he is currently getting up close and personal not to mention cozy with Nikki Reed. Nina definitely seems to have a very wicked sense of humor about such rumors that plague all stars and starlets.
And while she feels the urge to merge, she is currently only into trying to purge her feelings. Such harmless catharsis such as a kiss here and a hug there are not something to be taken so seriously after all.
“She is not actively pursuing one but she is open minded about it and would start one if she found the right situation,” a source said. “She deals with stuff like that like everyone else, it will happen when it happens.”
In an atmosphere of sexually electric vibes such as Hollywood, any man or woman worth his or her salt will have to kowtow to some of his or her instincts. Such is only natural and not to be condemned in any way.
