Friends’ starlet, Jennifer Aniston inspired Farrah Abraham to do some research on strippers. And she spoke on weight loss as well.

Farrah Abraham started working as a stripper at a club in Austin. She is doing the same thing Jennifer Aniston did. Farrah used to appear on Teen Mom.

She started out by being hired as a cocktail waitress. But then she was promoted to the status of a stripper on the front stage. However, this isn’t as simple or straightforward as it seems.

She was not stripping but just doing some investigation on her own. A pal of hers was employed there and so she decided to do a little research.

"She was hired a couple of weeks ago as a cocktail waitress but wanted to make more money dancing, so they moved her up to the stage," and insider told E! News. "She was on all three stages, the main stage and two side stages."

She just wanted to try on the different roles that women play at a gentleman’s club. From cocktail waitress to stripper, every one of them was grist for the mill.

Dancing, cooking and management were being studied by her too. Basically, it was a sort of vocational imitation that would help Farrah write her paperbacks and scripts for films.

"I'm doing research," the 23-year-old actress said. "A friend of mine works there and I'm researching. I've been trying out all the roles that make up a gentleman's club, including cocktailing and dancing. There's management and there's cooking too. It's job shadowing that I hope pays off. In the same way Jennifer Aniston researched her role as a stripper, that's what I'm doing. It's how I get the information to write my books and do my movies. Unfortunately, I'm not free to talk about what those future projects may be. But I'm interested in hearing all the women's stories. And while I'm doing it, I'm getting paid. I'm getting paid to play a role and get informed."

Like Jennifer Aniston almost became a stripper in order to practice beforehand for her role in a movie, Farrah too was relying on this method acting technique of realistic preparation.

"She was definitely not shy and looked like she knew what she was doing," the insider said. "She was wearing a nude thong and bejeweled bra. She wasn't awkward at all and was actually quite good."

On the other hand, Jennifer Aniston spoke of how she liked her body weight to hover between 110 pounds and 113 pounds. But the remarkably youthful actress revealed that she preferred to lose at least five pounds more but it was a difficult proposition at her age.

“If I was being super picky, I would love to drop 5 pounds. That is just where I have always been really comfortable, at about 110 to 113 pounds. But it is harder at this age,” Aniston recently told Bobbi Brown in an interview with Yahoo Beauty.

Yes, it is true that above 40 years of age the metabolic rate saw a reduction of 5% every decade. Thus you had to consume 200 calories less in order to stay at the same weight.

Jennifer also referred to the fact that you could either keep your face or your derriere as a lady. If she lost those five extra pounds, her face would sag since the fat tissue keeps the physiognomy plump and fresh-looking.

"The skin on our face loses fat, which is the same fat that suspends our cheeks higher," New York City dermatologist Dr. Ariel Ostad told TODAY in an email. "As a result of losing this fat, skin can begin to sag and wrinkles and fine lines are more apparent."

But by keeping the weight the same level of fitness would not be maintained at all. It was indeed a dilemma of damned if I do and damned if I don’t!
