The top of the selfie camera features a large camera lens inside a gold-tinted transparent brick, giving the device its perfume bottle look.

With the selfie craze taking up toll all around the world, we wouldn’t think that we look weird at all when we hold up our smartphones high and take our own pictures. But looks like Sony thinks there could be a better way to take selfies and it has already initiated towards that way; a new selfie camera is being launched by the tech giant and it is primarily going to look like a perfume bottle. Looks like Sony really wants to make sure that we take our pictures in style.

The camera which will probably satisfy most of our selfie desires has been designed for the Asian markets where the concept of taking your own pictures is tremendously growing. Some "Chinese female influencers and models" have received the camera by Sony ahead of an official launch in China which is planned for August 22nd.

At the top of this selfie camera is going to be a large camera lens which is housed inside a gold-tinted transparent brick. This brick type structure at the top of the camera gives the device its perfume like look. This portion can be rotated around to facilitate any angle you want for the picture. Though the features of the camera haven’t been officially listed as yet but leaks have already revealed that the camera is going to feature a 1/2.3-inch Exmor RS sensor with a resolution of 19-megapixels. Other features included are 23mm-equivalent f/2.0 wide-angle prime lens and Wi-Fi, NFC along with the ability to run apps.
