French blog iPhonote gives us a glance at what is claimed to be the iPad Air 2′s GPS antenna, microphone, and Wi-Fi module components
With all the hype and excitement reserved for the upcoming iPhone 6, there is little anticipation surrounding the iPad Air 2 and we must admit that though we have been also been waiting for the iPad, we tend to forget that it even exists and is about to be announced. Yesterday we got a major information leak which said that the iPad Air 2 is going to get a major RAM boost which would double up to 2 GB. The recent leak shows us the internal components of the device.
Considering how the iPad 3 and iPad 4 had been off the back of that Retina display, it was quite evident that Apple’s decision to apply the iPad mini’s design profile to the 9.7-inch model was crying out success. The Apple tablets are in no way under dire need of improvements but the annual refresh is still going to happen and will take place in October which isn’t so far away and hence we could start getting the leaks and everything in no time.
Thanks to a French blog iPhonote, we can have an insight to the iPad Air 2 and see what the internals look like including the GPS antenna, microphone, and Wi-Fi module components. These components are not entirely different from the ones which are present in the current gen iPad Air but we cant be sure of the details with just these pictures.
