Apple’s new payments system is expected to let iPhone 6 owners use their phones in place of credit cards, debit cards or cash

Sources have told us that Apple has agreed to strike a deal with American Express and the two would now be working together on the new payment systems for iPhone. Apple’s new payment plan has certainly got the fruit outfit on its feet and American Express is just one of the numerous other partners Apple has to sign a deal with in order to get its payment system into function. According to most of the sources, the payment system is going to be launched on Apple September 9th event.

With this new payment system the owners of iPhone 6 will be able to use their phones to pay for goods in brick-and-mortar stores. So the phone in this case has easily taken over the credit cards, debit cards or cash. All customers will have to do is present their phones at the cash counters of partnering retailers and all their payment information will be transmitted to complete the purchase. So far we have no information on which retailers have or are going to enter into the agreement with Apple for the new payment system.
