Apple will unveil the iPhone 6 devices and maybe also the iWatch at a special media event starting at 10am PDT. Apple is going to offer a live video stream from the highly anticipated iPhone 6 event on Tuesday, 9.9. 2014. The New York Times reports that there will be a special guest at the Apple event. Legendary band U2 is supposed to play a big role at the Apple event today. U2 is supposed to perform and also unveil an integration of their next album with an Apple product.

U2 and Apple work together already for a long time. Just think about the Product (Red) initiative. Now that Apple own Beats, there are even more posibities for Apple to work with performers.

Apple is expected to unveil two iPhone 6 models on Tuesday along a wearable device that is possibly the elusive iWatch. The latest rumors focused on the NFC payment functionality that Apple might introduce today.
