Tina Fey says Parenting a 3-year-old is like working with Alec Baldwin
Tina Fey shares her experience of raising a 3 year old and compares it with working with Alec Baldwin and it is difficult to determine which one is more difficult; working with Alec or raising a 3 year old. While promoting her film "This Is Where I Leave You” as she appeared on the "The Late Show with David Letterman" on Friday, she revealed how her time on "30 Rock" prepared for her parenting.

While talking about parenting her youngest daughter Fey said "I feel like I try to use some techniques I learned working with Alec” and as revealed US Weekly, she also has another 9 year old daughter with husband Jeff Richmond. Her daughter Penelope's potty-training is still going under the process but figuring out her playtime at the library has been easier than that and has already been figured out. She loves to play with dolls, cars and toys but when it's closing time, she starts strategizing how they'll "get out of here alive."
"It's like, I'm gonna present the idea that we might leave now, but make [her] think it's her idea. It would work better with Alec than with the baby."
She also told Letterman about Penelope that as soon as she starts to leave the library when it’s closing time, she starts shouting that she wanted to "hurt everybody". She went to such an extent as to kick another girl. The 56 year old Baldwin has targeted the paparazzi in his famous outbursts and just a week ago he was seen in a video which showed him grabbing a freelance photographer's shirt and shoving him for trying to take photos of him, his wife Hilaria and their 1-year-old daughter Carmen. NBC's "30 Rock" saw Tina Fey and Baldwin working together from 2006 to 2013.
