This upcoming Smart watch from LG may feature a built-in SIM card which supports CDMA network.
Since early May we have been hearing about LG working on a Smart watch with a built-in SIM card and since then we have been anxiously waiting to get some news on more developments related to it. LG G watch(Model:W100) was the company’s first ever smartwatch which was followed by the second one called the LG G Watch R (Model W110) which became quite popular with the round face after it was unveiled at the IFA this year.

This time we have another smartwatch by the company which has passed through the FCC with the model number LG-VC100. This is supposedly the third smartwatch from LG and the documents from FCC reveal that LG-VC100 is a “smart watch with CDMA.” This leaves us to think that this upcoming Smart watch from LG may feature a built-in SIM card which supports CDMA network.
The FCC report gives the attestation of the test results and we can see that The LG-VC100 is an ellipse smart watch. As far as the actual FCC filing is concerned, it doesn’t tell us much, though other than that it will support CDMA2000 (BC0 and BC1). This third device could possibly be another G Watch or something completely different but one thing is for sure that whatever it is, it is coming soon.
