The beautiful Boerum Hill brownstone is up for sale and this was home to the tragic actor Heath Ledger. Michelle Williams who is Ledger’s ex, is selling the beautiful townhouse which she shared with the Australian actor.

They both had a breakup in 2007 and Heath Ledger overdosed the next year and died. The house is at the corner of the Hoyt and Dean streets and the four story house is up for sale for $7.5 million, according to NYDailyNews.
The house has six bedrooms, 12 foot ceilings and a garage that can host three cars at a time. The house also has a rec room. One of the good features about the house is that it has central air radiant- heated floors.
It also has a wood burning fireplace. The house also has a temperature controlled wine cellar. The house has a roof deck with its waterfall and the house also has a laundry room.
Michelle Williams and Heath Ledger paid $3.6 million for the house in 2005. Both of them used to go to walks in the neighborhood. They used to interact with people from their neighborhood and they also visited local restaurants on a regular occasion.
Michelle kept living in the house with her daughter Matilda after Heath’s death. She has moved to Red Hook to shack up with Jason Segal. Michelle used to have a revolving door in her house and friends would come and go all day long.
She once told in an interview that her house was a lived-in house. She also said that there were seven people living here and she couldn’t living alone anymore.

The brokers that were given the responsibility of selling the house made no comments when asked why Michelle was trying to sell the house. The house is tastefully renovated and anyone would be lucky to have it. Now Michelle is moving to LA, according to the New York Post.
