Uma Thurman and Arpad Busson are going to fight for the custody of their 2-year-old daughter Luna. Uma is feeling optimistic that she will win the custody case.
Uma Thurman and Arpad Busson are not a couple anymore and Uma has now filed for a court order to seek custody of her two year old daughter Luna. Arpad was Uma’s fiancé and she hopes that they both are going to settle things peacefully at the end of the day.

Uma believes that it was very unfortunate that their private matters got out into public. She said that she will fight for her baby girl and will try to give Arpad some visitation rights.
Uma and Arpad believe that settling the issue in the court isn’t a good idea and they both believe that they could come to a mutual understanding regarding different matters.
Uma who was the star of the hit film series Kill Bill, was engaged to her French fiancé Arpad. This was their second engagement and now they have broken it off too.
Arpad also filed the action in the Manhattan Supreme Court. Uma Thurman and Arpad Busson had their daughter in July 2012 and Luna has become their daughter’s nickname.
Uma Thurman was previously married to Ethan Hawke but things didn’t work out and she had a divorce. Then she started to date Arpad and now they have also broken up. Uma also has an older daughter and a son.
The daughter is 16 and the boy is 12 and their father is Ethan. Justice Mathew Cooper is handling the divorce, custody and support cases in Manhattan and he will decide where Luna will go.
When it comes to custody cases, they are usually decided in the matrimonial courts and over there the court records are sealed. Uma Thurman had the divorce because she thought Ethan Hawke had cheated on her.
She still believes that he did cheat on her but Ethan Hawke denies the allegations. It is really funny because after the divorce, Ethan married their nanny Ryan.
