Berry is claiming that her ex-boyfriend is living entirely off her $16,000 a month child-support payments.
Actress Halle Berry has reportedly filed paper work to have her child-support payments decreased to her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.
Berry is claiming that her ex-boyfriend is living entirely off her $16,000 a month child-support payments, and is asking the judge to reduce her payments to approximately $3,000 a month to motivate Aubry to find a job to help support their daughter.
The "X-Men: Days of Future Past" actress is claiming that the French model has stopped working entirely, even though he is capable of obtaining a job. She also states that he is abusing the system by living off the payments that are meant to support their 6-year-old daughter Nahla.
The former couple reached a settlement in May that outlined the nearly $200,000 a year the "Extant" star would pay in child support, in addition to paying for Nahla's tuition until she turns 19 or graduates from high school. She and Aubry must split her healthcare expenses.
The 48-year-old actress is now married to Olivier Martinez -- whom they have a 12-month old son with together. The duo split in April 2010 after two years of dating and reached an initial custody agreement in late 2012 after Gabriel got into a violent altercation with Olivier.
The French model and Gabriel reached a mutual decision not to pursue criminal charges for Nahla's sake after Gabriel originally filed for a restraining order against Olivier, claiming he had threatened to kill him during the dispute in November 2012.
