Melissa had been many things to many people…a daughter, a sibling, a pal and a mentor among others. The 50 people who gathered at the eatery presently drank wine from rock glasses in honor of the memory of Melissa who did the selfsame thing in her days when she was alive.
A few hours before this, the court had awarded Allen Prue with charges of murder in the first degree along with the crime of trying to kidnap and murder Melissa. The convict’s wife is also to be tried in court for assisting her husband in murdering Melissa.
One of the people who were close to Melissa spoke of how it was not a victory since there was no way to bring Melissa back from the dead. It was sad to see this hateful man who had murdered Melissa right before them in the courtroom. Melissa had worked in the restaurant where her loved ones were now assembled.
She had also been a teacher who had taught a lot of values and stuff to many students at the school where she taught for quite some time. Many of the people who knew Melissa especially offered their profuse thanks to the police officers and state troopers for their cooperation in resolving the case by capturing the culprit.
She was a very sweet and lovable human being according to one of the ladies. It is indeed a huge source of relief for the victim’s family members. They now know that justice has been done. Melissa had been trapped by Prue and his wife and then beaten and bludgeoned to death. They said later on that they were obsessed with her and wanted somebody to play with. They got their just desserts for the heinous crime they had committed!
