Miranda Lambert has denied any competitive rivalry between her husband and herself.
The Country Music Awards are due this year and this time around Miranda Lambert will be the recipient of approximately nine awards. She still cannot believe her luck that she has grabbed so many prizes. And as if all this were not enough, she is neck to neck with her husband who is none other than Blake Shelton.

The award they both have their eyes on and for which it seems there is a tie between the two is the Entertainer of the Year Award. When she was asked regarding the whole thing, she said that firstly the two had hardly seen each other at home due to their busy schedules and secondly they didn’t much talk about it even when they did come face to face once in a blue moon.
But she admits that it comes as somewhat of a shock to be receiving nine awards. That is indeed a whopping number of accolades to have earned. She still is in a state of apoplexy due to the great honor that Nashville has graced her with.
Miranda spoke of how she had been taking it all normally as far as her competition with hubby Blake Shelton was concerned. She said that there were no hard feelings between them since they were both successful on the sole basis of their own talented selves and so the very question of jealousy could simply not arise at all.
Miranda will be singing All About That Bass, a song by Meghan Trainor, at the slated event. Miranda confesses that she is absolutely obsessed with that song of Meghan’s. It had an infectious quality to it that simply made the mare go for so many. The song had brought so many together on one platform and it was a #1 hit alright.
Miranda is a cool and classic country musician whose husband too is in a category of excellence. Thus the husband and wife seldom get time for some TLC with each other. But that is the price you pay for success and especially fame.
When you have so many fans and diehard supporters around the world, there has to be a catch to all the adulation and high jinks. And this comes in the form of a loss of privacy and anonymity. Yet the perks were there too. After all, as they say, fame needs no address!
