The Korean giant is planning to hit back Apple’s iPad with its new tablets
Samsung is looking to regain its top position in the tablet market, as the company is rumored to introduce the new 2015 Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 at CES.
The rumor has been originated from a report published by Christian Today, stating that Samsung is expected to reveal the new tablet which might create a major threat to the reign of the new iPads in the technology market.
At present, there is a 12.2” Samsung tablet available in the market. It has been equipped a LCD with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixel, which provides an incredibly clear vision. The device also sports an octa-core 1.9 GHz Exynos 5 processor and 3GB RAM. As the tablet was announced at last year’s CES, the 2015 model is strongly expected to be introduced at January’s big event.
Samsung is also rumored to reveal another tablet very soon. It is the successor of the Galaxy Note 10.1. Earlier, Phone Arena stated that a mystery tablet was appeared on Samsung’s website, which hadn’t been announced before. Despite the Korean company didn’t reveal the features and the configuration of the tablet, it is strongly believed that the device is the next generation Galaxy Note 10.1.
It is not surprising to see Samsung releasing new tablets. The tablet market has been dominated by Apple’s new iPads. As a result, Samsung’s share in the tablet market is shrinking gradually. The Korean company must hit back very strongly this time if it wants to survive the competition with Apple in the highly competitive tablet market.
Nonetheless, Samsung hasn’t made any comment regarding the release of the new tablets.
