NBC will air the premiere episode of the new The Blacklist season right after the Super Bowl game. During the Big Game NBC will air a Super Bowl ad for The Blacklist titled "Return of Red."
Since December we know that The Blacklist season premiere will air right after the Super Bowl 2015 game on Sunday. This slot is guarantees huge TV ratings as most of the Super Bowl audience remains glued to their TVs.

NBC will promote The Blacklist with a Super Bowl trailer. The trailer has Raymond "Red" Reddington (James Spader) walk down a street and behind him cars explode and a bus flies in the air and lands behind him while Red says: "I like it when things fall into place."
