Jessica Alba is one happy workaholic control freak who makes people cry when it comes to business.
Jessica Alba will be gracing the cover of MORE magazine in May and the starlet gave an exclusive interview. In the interview, Alba shared that even though she appears sweet, she can be tough as a manager, too. Alba currently owns a billion dollar empire eco-friendly brand called Honest and admitted it was not an easy job and those who work with her know it’s not all peaches and cream.
Alba shared she has more of an iron fist when it comes to work and she likes to get straight to the point and the habit has even made people cry. Although Alba admits, she tells other people that this isn’t personal and that it is a job that needs to be done. Alba even shared she’s trying to tone herself down by not being tough when it comes to work.
Alba’s brand, Honest, currently manufactures eco-friendly products such as paint, skin care, hair care, mattresses, air filters and even organic tampons.
Alba then went on to share her insecurities regarding her family life. There will always be the second thought in Alba’s mind if her business is affecting the upbringing of her two daughters and it wouldn’t be until her daughter grow up she will know if she made the right decision.
Alba claimed she may not know if her daughters just wanted a mother who stays at home and bakes chocolate chip muffins, but Alba then laughed and said she would probably have made a muffin company if she tried that route. Even Alba’s mom calls her a workaholic control freak, but a happy one.
