In February 2015, a California judge extended her probation for another three months and agreed to give her more time to complete her remaining 125 hours buy Lohan was also warned that “there is always of possibility of jail time.” Till May 7, she only able to complete 10 hours which meant only 16 days were left to finish the rest of 115 hours.
“It does appear that Ms. Lohan has completed her community service hours and at this point I am not anticipating any sort of challenge to the hours.” Santa Monica City attorney Terry White told New York Daily News on Wednesday.
Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Holley will appear in front of the judge on Thursday with the proofs of community service. If community service is done in satisfactory manner and is accepted by the judge, her probation will end on the same day.
