iOS 8.4 Jailbreak Tool Released

Apple released iOS 8.4 today with Apple Music. The Jailbreakers don't have to make a compromise as the new release can be jailbroken already.

For jailbreakers a new iOS release is always a tough decision. Should I wait to upgrade and get the new features or wait until a jailbreak has been found to keep the tweaks and open apps. This time around the time until a jailbreak is available is very short.

Chinese TaiG tweeted that an hour ago that their iOS 8.3 jailbreak still works and that the iOS 8.4 version has been just released.

The TaiGJailbreakTool V2.2.0 for iOS8.4 is available now for download.

Apple did not fix the security hole TaiG was using in iOS 8.3. This might be a thoughtful decision. Apple's main focus is now to get as many Apple Music subscribers as possible in the shortest amount of time. Apple is very late to the game and needs to catch up to Spotify and others.

Apple offers Apple Music free for 3 months and then charges $9.99 per month. A family plan is also available for $14.99. Initial reviews of Apple Music draw a picture of a rich environment that is not as easy to use as most Apple apps. There is a learning curve. The Beats 1 radio station also launched today with a surprise first song. DJ Zane Lowe played Spring King's City.
