iPhone 6S Casing Leaks

The first iPhone 6S part has leaked and if genuine the iPhone 6S exterior design will not change a bit.

The iPhone 6S is expected to be released in September. Now the first iPhone 6S part has leaked. A silver iPhone 6S casing has surfaced that is supposed to be from a trusted source reports 9to5Mac.

The exterior design of the iPhone 6S will be exactly the same to the iPhone 6 including the nasty antenna insulation lines. Apple got a patent to hide the lines, but apparently the company is not ready to hid them on the iPhone 6S.

The differences in the iPhone 6S are found inside the casing. Apple has changed many mounting points. This is attributed likely by the expected Touch Force screen in the iPhone 6S. The cut outs for the camera of the 6S are also similar to the iPhone 6, which crushes rumors of a dual lens camera.

9to5Mac hints in their report that they have access to more iPhone 6S internal parts. Apple is apparently still unable to secure the supply chain to avoid leaking of upcoming iPhones.

Update: 9to5Mac leaks iPhone 6S LTE Component doubling iPhone's download speeds.

If the leaked iPhone 6S case is legit, and there is no reason to believe otherwise, than Apple is not fixing my major issues with the iPhone 6. The ugly antenna lines and the protruding camera lens will stay.

We have not seen a confirmation yet of the touch force screen to be part of the new features of the iPhone 6S. If not than the iPhone 6S will not have much to go for it besides more storage and faster performance. Even without major improvements, the iPhone 6S will be a hot seller as I still see many iPhone owners that have not adopted the iPhone 6 yet.
