While the District Attorney has decided not to press charges against Diddy for felony, the City Attorney’s office is still deliberating if they should press misdemeanor charges.
Throughout the whole mess Diddy has maintained his stance he had been acting in self-defense when the altercation with the coach Sal Alosi occurred, who is strength and conditioning coach for UCLA. The head coach Jim Mora stated he would comment on the incident until after the results of the full investigation come to light and the truth is revealed.
Meanwhile Diddy didn’t seem that fazed by the impending charges as he was seen at the BET Awards 2015 last Sunday and even has a Bad Boy reunion at the award show, before taking a tumble down the stage.
