  • Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs won’t be charged with felony!

The L.A. District Attorney has dismissed felony charges against Diddy for allegedly attacking the UCLA football coach.

According to TMZ sources the media mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs will not be charged with felony by the District Attorney office of L.A. County. Diddy was arrested on the 22nd of June for allegedly having assaulted the UCLA football coach with a deadly weapon after a fight but was later released on bail.

The coach has pressed charges saying Diddy had hit him with a Kettlebell during an altercation with the coach, while Diddy was on campus to visit his son Justin. Justin is a part of the UCLA football team and Diddy and the coach got into an argument regarding the coach’s treatment of Justin.

While the District Attorney has decided not to press charges against Diddy for felony, the City Attorney’s office is still deliberating if they should press misdemeanor charges.

Throughout the whole mess Diddy has maintained his stance he had been acting in self-defense when the altercation with the coach Sal Alosi occurred, who is strength and conditioning coach for UCLA. The head coach Jim Mora stated he would comment on the incident until after the results of the full investigation come to light and the truth is revealed.

Meanwhile Diddy didn’t seem that fazed by the impending charges as he was seen at the BET Awards 2015 last Sunday and even has a Bad Boy reunion at the award show, before taking a tumble down the stage.

Diddy son Justin has also showed unwavering support to his father and even posted a picture with his father on Instagram and captioned it thanking his father for always being there for him, while Diddy also posted the same picture with the hash tag ‘Family First’.
