So I probably had 19 cents to go towards this surgery that I really didn’t know a lot about. I think I’d seen a day time documentary, or probably something on Oprah. I was like, that’s what I’m going to do. So I started saving from probably the age of five,” Ruby said.
“When I got to 15 was when I started to get more into my body and I shaved my head. I started to change the way that I dressed and talked and realized that I didn’t want to transition, I just wanted to be more comfortable under my own skin.”
The Australian born model is often compared to many Hollywood celebrities especially Justin Bieber, Angelina Jolie and Leonardo DiCaprio., what she herself had to say about it.

Ruby wanted to befriend Taylor Swift because she likes her obsessively.
“I’m obsessed with Taylor Swift. I want her to be my best. I think I’ve said this so much that she probably has a restraining order on me.”
