They are the most complete look so far of the Apple’s next-generation Smartphone. The iPhone 6S and 6S Plus are expected to debut in September.
Recently, once again another video and a set of photo renders have surfaced the web by uSwitch. Already much is known by the previous leaks.
But this set provides us with some more information. This leads us to the height of anticipation and excitement for the unveiling of iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus.
These renders are the Computer-aided-design (CAD) files. These were basically crafted to be distributed among the third party renders.
The main purpose of these files is to provide case manufacturers and accessories makers the idea of the nature and dimensions before the release.
This helps the third-party makers to immediately design and develop their products. The products are prepares with these sample renders and are launched along with the phone.
These renders provide confirmation to the rumors that this iPhone would be slightly thicker than its predecessors. The previous models were introduced last October.
iPhone 6 Plus had to face a lot of criticism due to Bendgate where customers could twist the phone under specific conditions.
Now it is believed that this change in design and style is to prevent criticism and also to provide extra structural support.
The CAD model shows that the thickness of the iPhone 6S would be 7.1mm thick. The iPhone 6S Plus also has a thickness of 7.3mm.
The change in thickness could possibly permit Apple to jettison the distending camera module on the back of the iPhone 6S.
Apart from the above changes, the design of both forthcoming iPhones would appear to be unchanged.
