Google Slides Now Allows Android Devices to Share Presentations via Hangouts Video Calls
  • Google updates Google slides so it can stream Google Hangout videos!

The new Google slides app containing the Google hangout video call option is available from the Google play store.

Google has updated its app Google Slides. Google slides will now be able to stream Google Hangout videos. The update will support Google Hangout in the new version of the app. The new version of Google Slides can now be downloaded from the Google Play store. 

Google also updated the Keep for Android but the Google Slides update is more interesting. On the Android phones or tablets Google slide will now feature Google Hangout. When Google slides will open the option for Google Hangout video call will also be displayed. The update will allow users to present while in a video call. 

Meetings scheduled on calendars can also be chosen from in the new update. Similarly in the Google slides a quick preview has also been included. Before a presentation starts on Google Hangout the preview will determine who is on the call.  

According to Google the update will allow a new type of functionality. Teammates, clients and partners will be able to see ideas and presentation through the Google slides and Google hangout. Users will be able to show slides and carry out a video call at the same time.   

The timer in the Google slides will allow the presenter to keep pace of the time. The function is only available for Android device. Google Slides is available for use on the iOS. But it cannot stream the Google Hangout videos on Google Slide in iOS.  The iOS system cannot run the Google Hangout. Although Google said to stay tuned for the solution.
