On Friday, Superior Court judge M.D Fried, ordered two women Liana Philippon and Odette Bodagh to stay 100 yards away from Hayek and her family and to end posing her.
The two women were accused of being mentally disturbed and threatening her family, Hayek’s filing suggests.
“This case arises out of a bizarre pattern of behavior by two apparently mentally disturbed individuals: Philippon and Bodagh, who both have a dangerous fixation and/or obsession with Hayek, actress’s restraining order request states. “Their actions include, among others, concocting ruses to meet Hayek’s family members and obtain Hayek’s contact information, impersonating Hayek to another celebrity, attempting to directly contact Hayek herself, and impersonating Hayek in contacting Hayek’s minor child.”
“In one communication while posing as Hayek, Phillippon made a veiled threat regarding kidnapping and ransoming Hayek’s minor child.”
According to the filing, the harassment began in June 2014 when one of the accused women Philippon sent emails to Hayek’s brother. She tried to obtain Hayek’s contact information posing as another actress. Then, emailed her close associates impersonating as Hayek to get more information about the actress. She made phone calls and used fake email IDs for communication.
The restraining order request also suggested the Bodagh is a fan of Hayek. She texted Hayek a number of times. Her daughter also received messages from her impersonating her mother. The sitaution got worse when those women threatened to kidnap her daughter.
