The 10th generation of the Honda Civic Sedan will be released in a matter of days.
Honda recently released the date when its new Civic Sedan will be released. The 10th generation of the 2016 Honda Civic Sedan will be released on the 16th of September. The new model will first be unveiled in Detroit and Los Angeles.

The release will be the first glimpse of the production version of the Civic Sedan. The concept of the car was shown back in the New York auto show. The auto show took place earlier in the year 2015.
Not a lot is known about the new Civic sedan but a few features are consistent. The new Civic sedan will have a new platform. The engines of the 2016 model will be new turbocharged engines.
The standard design displayed in the coming show is expected to have a 1.5-liter turbocharged VTEC. The four-cylinder is slated to be built in the US. The sedan will also have two other versions other than the standard.
The other versions will be the Si and Type R versions. The other versions will consist of a 2.0-liter turbo-four. The turbo four will be made by the European-spec Civic Type R.
After the Civic sedan is displayed in September another variant will arrive later. The variant to the model will have a coupe body style. Recent photos obtained of the sedan shows the car is inspired by the shape of an Acura.
The new Civic sedan has a wedge shaped profile with a rising character line. The shape of the trunk is round and has an integrated spoiler, according to Automotive News.

The interior of the Civic sedan will have the latest car tech employed by Honda. The tech will contain the latest luxury features. Safety features will also be included in the car.
