Rolls Royce Dawn is Ultimate Luxury without a Roof

Rolls Royce unveiled the most luxurious convertible with the Rolls-Royce Dawn. Torsten Mueller-Oetvoes, CEO of Rolls Royce calls the Dawn the sexiest Rolls Royce ever built.

The Dawn offers not just luxury in the first row. The company highlights that the Dawn also offers comfort in the second row, which is usually not the case in convertibles.

Powered by a V12 engine with 570HP the Dawn reaches a top speed of 155mph. 0 to 100km/h takes 4.9s in this 5,644lb heavy convertible.

The exterior design has its own style that sets it apart from the Rolls Royce Wraith. The Dawn has new dynamic lines that make it appear more sporty with the roof closed and open.

"Our new Rolls-Royce Dawn promises a striking, seductive encounter like no other Rolls-Royce to date, and begins a new age of open-top, super-luxury motoring. Dawn is a beautiful new motor car that offers the most uncompromised open-top motoring experience in the world. It will be the most social of super-luxury drophead motor cars for those who wish to bathe in the sunlight of the world’s most exclusive social hotspots," said Mueller-Oetvoes.

The Rolls Royce Dawn will go on sale in the first quarter of 2016. The price has not yet been announced, but is likely around $300,000.

Rolls Royce will debut the Dawn at the IAA 2015 next week in Frankfurt, Germany.
