NBC just announced that Donald Trump is hosting SNL again.

That is a bold move. Donald Trump is hosting NBC's "Saturday Night Live" on November 7, the show announced today.

His appearance comes almost exactly a year before Election Day, which will fall on November 8, 2016.

Trump hosted SNL back in April 2004 for the first time. In his 2004 appearance, Trump was all about being "a ratings machine" and plugged his then-new show, "The Apprentice."

"After just one season, I am about to become the highest-paid television personality in America," he said in his opening monologue. "And as everyone in this room knows, 'highest-paid' means 'best.'"

SNL star Darrell Hammond joined him onstage as his "replacement" to mimic Trump's famous "you're fired" line. You can watch Trump's monologue from his April 2004 appearance here.

Has a Presidential candidate ever hosted SNL? Hillary Clinton appeared in the SNL episode last weekend, but she did not host. The SNL episode on Nov. 7 is set for controversy.

The episode's musical guest on November 7 will be the artist Sia, who will be making her second appearance on the show.
