Last night it was the game of Francis Owusu, number 6 of the Stanford football team.

Football fans are still in disbelieve of Stanford's Francis Owusu spectacular catch that lead to a touch down. Owusu caught the ball coming from 41 yards away behind the back of a charging UCLA player. He held the ball against the back if UCLA's Jaleel Wadood while he was falling.

Francis Owusu told ESPN after the game: "I saw the ball in the air just for a little bit," Owusu said. "I wrapped my arms around him, and I felt it. And then I squeezed my arms around [the ball] as hard as I could."

This touch down catch will enter the lists of best plays ever of the game. Stanford won against UCLA with 56-35, but everybody is just talking about Owusu catch. Many already call it the catch of the year.

Funny enough there has been a similar catch 10 years ago. Alabama player Tyrone Prothro in a game against Southern Mississippi caught a ball also behind the back of a contender. ESPN's SPortsCenter created a Vine showing both catches next to each other.

Francis Owusu is in his Junior year at Stanford. The 6'3" wide receiver majors in Science, Tech. and Society. He is from Oxnard, California. His father was on the Olympic 400m team for Ghana. Owusu is going to be a household name now.
