There is new bargain Windows 10 tablet on the market.
Bargain Windows 10 tablets are the new hot thing for the Holiday shopping season. As reported Walmart is selling a 7-inch Windows 10 tablet from Vulcan Electronics for under $90. NewEgg carries now a 10.1-inch Windows 10 tablet from Onda selling for $159.99.

Besides a larger screen the ONDA V101W also offers better specs than the Vulcan Electronics Journey VTA0703 tablet. The ONDA V101W offers 2GB DDR3L RMA and 32GB SSD. Both memory features are double that of the Vulcan Electronics tablet making the almost double as high price reasonable.
The ONDA V101W also has an HDMI port. This enables users to use it as a PC replacement connecting keyboard and mouse via Bluetooth 4.0. The new $99.99 InFocus Kangaroo Windows 10 PC made big waves with this capability but does not offer a built-in screen like the ONDA V101W.
The ONDA V101W is available from NewEgg under their "First From Asia" program here.

We expect still to see more new Windows 10 tablets and Windows 10 laptops in time for the holidays that challenge bargain Android tablets and Chromebooks. There are still many bargain Windows devices that have been introduced last year with Windows 8.1 that have not been updated for 2015 including the HP Stream series.
